error when clicking on 'edit icon' in the publication list

Description

When clicking the edit icon in the publication list window, you will sometimes get a javascript error (rendering the dalicms application unusable until refreshing the page)

fixed in build 42

problem was that category was not initialized when clicking on the edit icon. category is needed in the page initialization since the addition of custom fields.
