blogadmin: all entries are loaded at once

Description

When there are a lot of blog entries (+800), the blog opens very slow in the blogadmin tool. All entries are downloaded to the browser.

Add paging to solve this.

Solved in build 20. Shows blog entries by listing 10 per page, showing youngest articles first.
