Description

Archived pages could be made read-only (until dearchived) to make it clear they are in the archive.

When a page is archived all controls will be disabled except for the following three buttons: "Cancel", "Delete Page" and "De-archive Page".

As an enhancement, if someone tries to load an archived page via the l:page tag, an 404/archived message will be presented instead of the archived content.
