Content Editor Panel
As a Content editor you will only be able to use a limited number of functions from DaliCMS (this is different from the Administrator who has full control). These include Writing, Editing and optionally Publishing Pages.
The standard menu configuration for a content editor will consist of these items:
Categories
If you want to create a new page, you first have to select in what category you would like to do this. As a content editor you will only be able to add subpages to existing categories, and you will not be able to create new ones.

Navigation
The navigation menu allows you to open the navigation screen, which is used to control a page’s navigation status.
The navigation status defines whether a page is shown in the website’s navigation menu and if it is, at what position.
As a content editor you will have access to only those categories on which the DaliCMS site administrator has granted you access.
Publication
This menu includes links to:
The publication approvals screen shows a list of pages that were changed
Pages can be approved and thus published by selecting them and clicking on the Publish button. More details can be found on the general Publication page.
The version management screen allows you to view and restore older versions of a page. (A new version is created every time a page is published)
