Form Manager
1. Overview
Opening the Form Manager will give you an overview of existing Forms (if any).
2. Creating Forms
2.1 New Form
If you want to add a form, click New Form on your right.
- Name: The name you want to give to the form. It is best to choose a clear and meaningful name.
- Admin e-mail: All filled-in forms will be mailed to this e-mail address if you choose this option.
- Forward URL: After the users fills in the form he will be re-directed to this URL.
- Message that is sent to the person that submits a form: When the option 'reply the ...' is checked, this message will be sent to the person who fills in the form.
- Actions: Choose one or more actions after the form has been filled-in:
- Mail submitted form data to the system administrator.: The data will be sent to the Administrator's email.
- Save submitted form data.: The filled-in data will be saved in the database and can be read using the form-manager.
- Reply the person that submits a form.: check this if you want to sent a message to the user after filling in his form.
2.2 Adding Fields
Once the form is created, you might want to add some Fields in wich the user can give his feedback.
Click
(the green icon) next to your Forum name. The following menu will appear:
Select Manage Fields
There are a number of input options available to you:
You are also given the possibility to validate the users input.
3. Removing Forms
Click
(the green icon) next to your Forum name. The following menu will appear:
Select Remove Form
